We want you to love your Pixi glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and were purchased directly from our official website.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original box or any sturdy shipping container, ensuring all items are secure to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of reaching our warehouse.
